A busy day in North Yorkshire....

.... Captain James Cook sailed a Whitby built boat to Botany Bay. Then in search of some Whitby Jet. Later to have Whitby fish & chips in Alexanders Fish Restaurant. Onto a railway station to have had three names: Goathland, Aidensfield & Hogsmeade. Past Scripp's Garage to Mallyan Spout, a 70ft waterfall.

Fathers Day 2016....

.... Sitting in the garden with a glass of red, waiting for my lamb dinner. Thank you for the gifts & cards.

It may be raining ....

.... But the band played on! Eaton Park on a typical summer Sunday afternoon.

Summertime is here! ....

.... English strawberries & English lager (in a genuine Australian stubby).

Relocated to....

.... Room 151, Ibis Hotel Barking. (That's a colour photo of the bathroom!)
