.... Mains - Beef Pappardelle, tender pulled British Beef in a tomato & Italian Chianti red wine sauce with pappardelle pasta, topped with cheese shavings. Sweet - 3 Raspberry Trifles, raspberry jelly layered with custard, cream & sponge. I'm stuffed!
