I've just spent ninety minutes in a MRI Scanner....

.... Quite an experience! Banging, buzzing, whining & vibrating!

On a trip to see good friends....

.... Three hours, thirty minutes on an excel from East Norfolk into Cambridgeshire. Culminating in an excellent mixed grill and a pint of Guinness for a mere £7.99.

When I do Sunday dinner....

.... It's simply Shepherds Pie & green beens! My favourite.
